What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our Merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Can I cancellations an item?

Please note, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified/adjusted. we cannot switch styles, colors, or sizes.

If your order was canceled without request, unless we directly contact you, we advise you to contact your financial institution to ensure all information is up to date. If your order was cancelled automatically, it has been refunded. refunds can take up to 8-10 business days to be returned to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Can you tell me more information about your products?

Please be advised that all of our items are couture one of a kind textile batik designed items. Every single items is hand sewn and shipped from Ghana Africa. Due to the unique nature of make, no two garments are exactly the same.

Made to order lead times (Pre-order)

Please be advised made to order items are being made in Ghana, Africa. when an item requires a lead time, it will be clearly depicted on the product page description. All made to order products will be processed and shipped within or after the stated lead time. Please note that lead times do not include shipping time. Items will be shipped directly from Ghana to the states.

If you wish to cancel an order containing a made to order item, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. production begins once your order is placed.

What are fabrics & sizing do you use?

This is a unisex collection. Size guides, fabric composition are visible on all product pages. Keep in mind we use 100% cotton so there is no stretch in our collection. For any other inquiries, please reach out to us.

What happens if my product is damaged?

Please contact us immediately if your item is defective/damaged. we will require visual evidence of the garment in order to review the damage and try to find a solution. if your order was delivered over 30 days ago, we cannot assist with a damaged inquiry. no exceptions.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

If your order was marked as delivered, worldwide is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims or correspondence with the shipping carrier.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed on business days (Monday Friday), unless stated otherwise via shipping disclaimer/product page description, ready to ship items will ship within 3-5 business days. during peak periods processing times may extend. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.


Domestic orders are shipped via USPS (flat rate) within the us. check Here

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long. Click hereto track your order

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

Please note that, sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
